This afternoon, Fitchburg State University Military and Veteran Services Director Nolan Buck hosted an Open House/Meet and Greet event in our Veteran Center. This gave our veteran students the opportunity to gather for coffee, a snack & camaraderie. In addition, these students had the chance to discuss the unique concerns of veteran students.

Associate Director of Student Engagement and Campus Center Angelo M. Prevosto, Coordinator of Programming and Student Engagement Julia Tardugno, Graduate Assistant for Programming Mallory Judkins and our Orientation Leaders wrapped up yesterday's Winter Orientation session in the Falcon Hub. This gave an opportunity to share some last minute information, and Fitchburg State swag. In addition, the day coincided wit our Falcon Assist Week to make sure all questions were answered before their departure.

Counseling Services hosted a Finals Frenzy event giving out ice cream sundaes in G-Lobby in the Hammond building. In addition to the ice cream, Graduate Intern Peter Kaiser showed off his prestidigitation skills. Counseling Services strives to provide an inclusive space that honors the strengths, lived experience, and uniqueness of each individual. Our counselors provide services focused on wellness, growth, and self advocacy, in order to enhance your success at the university and in the larger community.
