Campus Wide Career Fair 2024

This afternoon, the Fitchburg State University Career Services and Advising Center sponsored a Campus Wide Career Fair in the Hammond Main Lounge. This fair, with over 50 local businesses in attendance, was for students from all majors and all class years. Students were strongly encouraged to attend and take this opportunity to connect with employers from a variety of industries.

Career Services and Advising Center - Engineering Employer Roundtable

This morning, the Career Services and Advising Center and the Engineering Technology Department held a Lunch & Learn Engineering Technology Employer Roundtable event. Representatives from AIS Inc., FM Global, Gorman Richardson Lewis Architects (GRLA), and Walsh Brothers were on hand to network with students in Conlon Hall. Networking events serve as an excellent opportunity for our students to connect with potential employers, learn about different career paths, and gain valuable insights into the current job market.

Health and Life Sciences Career Fair 2024

This afternoon, the university's Career Services and Advising Center sponsored a Health Sciences career fair in the Hammond Main Lounge. The program was open to all students in all majors, with a focus on positions in; nursingbiologychemistry, and exercise and sports science.

Law Enforcement Reverse Career Fair

Fitchburg State University Police Program  Interim Police Academy Director Alexandra Wysocki welcomed representatives from over twenty law enforcement agencies to the Hammond Main Lounge this afternoon for the  Career Services and Advising Center's Law Enforcement Reverse Career Fair. A reverse career fair flips the table, students stationed at tables get a chance to pitch themselves to employers, who in turn get quality one-on-one time with job seekers.
