It was a "berry" good day in G-Lobby! To celebrate National Strawberry Day,  Chartwells Dining  and the  Office of Student Engagement (OSE)  teamed up for a special Teaching Kitchen session. Students stopped by to fuel up on fresh strawberry smoothies and indulge in decadent strawberry chocolate fondue. The treats didn't stop there—attendees also entered for a chance to take the kitchen home with them, with a mini-blender and a mini chocolate dipping pot.

University Clubs and Departments held a week full of events In honor of Valentine's Day. From the Gay Straight Alliance (GSA) flower sale, the Black Student Union bake sale, Valentines for Veterans by local elementary students, Career Services and Advising (CSA) : Sweeten Up Your Resume Pop-Up, Alumni and Giving donor thank you valentines, DIY chocolate dipping at Chartwells Dining, and much more. Happy Valentine's Day!

With President Donna Hodge at the NCAA conference in Washington, DC, Vice President of Personnel Services and General Counsel Stacey Luster hosted our inaugural Campuswide Development Day. Although off-campus, President Hodge gave welcome remarks via video.

Yesterday afternoon, Chartwells Dining hosted a Teaching Kitchen session in G-Lobby. Students got to sample, and get recipes, directions, and dorm friendly appliances to make nutritious meals with ingredients available at the Fitchburg State University Falcon Bazaar Food Pantry. The minestrone soup was a big hit!

This afternoon, Chartwells Dining Fitchburg State University's Executive Chef Mark Clark hosted a Teaching Kitchen session in the Dining Commons. Students "sauced it up" making Buffalo Chicken and/or Buffalo White Bean Dip.
