At this afternoon's Division of Student Affairs' Academic Year Kickoff meeting led by Dean of Students Tim St. John, Fitchburg State University Police Department (UPD) Chief Michael Cloutier shared that "True campus safety isn't just about enforcing rules—it's about supporting our community during their most vulnerable moments" before honoring two campus partners whose dedication embodies service to others on behalf of UPD.
