Finals Frenzy Day 3! Our Center for Diversity and Inclusiveness treated students to
Chartwells' addictive homemade potato chips and dips this afternoon for the last day of finals.

It was standing room only in the Randall Lecture Hall where students, faculty, family and friends gathered to watch  the students from the Spring 2023 Game Studio showcase their games, discuss their development process and answer audience questions. 

This afternoon, the President's Office hosted a Make-Your-Own-Sundae Finals Frenzy on the G-Level of Hammond Hall.

Through a personalized approach and small classes, our dedicated faculty provide support and encouragement along with endless opportunities.

Part of the college experience is getting involved. We encourage our students to take advantage of the opportunities offered outside the classroom, whether you join a club, attend events, volunteer, or seek employment.

There are currently about 75+ active clubs and organizations on campus. They range from large, general organizations like the Student Government Association (SGA) and Fitchburg Activities Board (FAB), to smaller, more niche organizations like Quidditch club or Exercise and Sports Science club. Starting a new club is also always an option. Gymnastics club and the Ice Hockey club were both recently created in the past year.

Yesterday, the last day of classes, the Office of Student Development set up a grill and gave away hot dogs to mark the day. Not to be outdone, Counseling Services offered ice cream sundaes, and the Office of Alumni and Development offered Add -Your-own -Flavors Lemonade.

This afternoon, the Engineering Technology Department held their annual BBQ on the Highland Ave. Plaza. Also, prizes and certificates were awarded to our students for the 5th Annual Engineering Technology Student Project Competition.

Students in  English Studies Professor Kisha Tracy's Storytelling and Oral Tradition class have spent the last few weeks recording their podcasts for Perseverantia: Fitchburg State University Podcast Network.
