Students in Biology and Chemistry Professor Daniel Welsh's Human Anatomy & Physiology 2 course record post-exercise ECGs in their lab. The course provides a detailed examination of the circulatory, respiratory, lymphatic, digestive excretory, and reproductive systems.

 Assistant Director of Study Abroad Nicole Salerno recently took time out of her busy schedule to record a podcast to be posted on Perseverantia: the Fitchburg State Podcast Network. 

Students in Biology and Chemistry Professor Dr. Erin Rehrig's General Biology I Lab work on an experiment in the Antonucci Science Complex. The course examines principles of molecular, cellular, and genetics biology. Topics include biomolecules, cell structure and function, and information processing and inheritance. The laboratory emphasizes the scientific method through experimentation.

Fitchburg State University Police Program  Interim Police Academy Director Alexandra Wysocki welcomed representatives from over twenty law enforcement agencies to the Hammond Main Lounge this afternoon for the  Career Services and Advising Center's Law Enforcement Reverse Career Fair. A reverse career fair flips the table, students stationed at tables get a chance to pitch themselves to employers, who in turn get quality one-on-one time with job seekers.

Students in Theater Professor Ellen (Cap) Corduan, begin honing their skills in her Stage Makeup class in Conlon Fine Arts. This lecture/laboratory course investigates the principles, techniques and materials of character stage makeup and practical application. Students will apply, in a production setting, principles, techniques and materials of character stage makeup. They will identify historical justification for period makeup and apply techniques for live animation, clowning and dramatic character.
