Day one of the Fitchburg State University Police Program's Recruit Officer Course (ROC) was underway as of this morning. We'd like to thank Natick Police Chief James Hicks for coming out to address the class this morning. Chief Hicks is Chairman of the Municipal Police Training Committee (MPTC) and also has two Recruits in the class.

We'd also like to thank (Acting) Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs Franca Barricelli for offering a welcome and congratulations to the students in the ROC.
Also, thank you to Director Lane and the Academy Drill Staff for all of their hard work and dedication to police training and to our students!
