Local high school students enrolled in our Fitchburg State University Upward Bound Math & Science Program (UBMS) Summer Program have been diligently working on their experiential learning projects in anticipation of today's Experiential Learning Student Showcase in the Main Lounge of the Hammond Building which celebrates their hard work, creativity, and accomplishments. Outstanding student achievements in academics, leadership, creativity, and community spirit will be recognized at this evening's Awards Night in the Ellis White Lecture Hall. This ceremony is a chance to celebrate our students' hard work and to thank the families, educators, and community members who support them.

Fitchburg State University Center for Professional Studies' Advanced Placement Summer Institutes (APSI) AP Studio Art Summer Institute for new and experienced teachers of AP explore the 3D Art and Design, 2D Art and Design and Drawing portfolios. Studio sessions facilitate the creation of valuable curricula through corresponding art making. Artist-Teachers discussed their projects and inspiration at the end of the week-long session.
