Around Campus - Intro to Film and Video

Students in Communications Media Professor Robert Harris' Intro to Film and Video class learn to load and use a 16mm film camera. Intro to Film & Video is the introductory course in the Film & Video sequence where students are exposed to the basics of production and post-production for both digital and photochemical media. Topics include understanding and using visual language, camera operation, understanding the film and video production process, basic editing, production crew structure and interpersonal communication.
