The subject is given the supplement and instructions on dosage. The course is designed to cover physiological response to acute exercise and chronic adaptations to exercise. This part of the multi-phased lab based course examines the  cardiovascular system, respiratory system, and the impact of different environmental conditions on exercise responses and capacity.
