Our Office of Student Development Student Orientation Leaders spent some of their training time learning from Director for Student Diversity, Equity and Belonging Programs, and our Center for Diversity and Inclusiveness, Junior Peña They took self inventories and discussed those, as well as various scenarios that may come up during our Summer Orientation, giving them the tools to handle various situations.
