Fitchburg State University accepts graduate applications on a rolling basis; meaning, as your application becomes complete, it is forwarded for a review. The turnaround time for a decision is approximately 2 weeks from the time the application becomes complete. The sooner your application becomes complete, the sooner you will have your decision. Career Services and Advising Center - Graduate Education Exploration Fair

Yesterday afternoon, the Career Services and Advising Center held an Exploration Fair in the Hammond Main Lounge. Fitchburg State University's School of Graduate, Online and Continuing Education (SGOCE) along with local university's graduate school programs, provided this as opportunity for schools to meet the talented students at Fitchburg State University, and connect with potential graduate students. This was an opportunity for our students to learn about graduate school programs, and receive information about the application process.

After a brief Get to Know You activity, and an introduction by Director of International Education Nelly Wadsworth, President Lapidus, along with Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs Franca Barricelli welcomed our newest cohort of International students at their orientation in the Hammond Maine Lounge.

For those who have ever wondered, "Should I get a master's degree?" They got the opportunity to find out at the School of Graduate, Online and Continuing Education Graduate Fair this afternoon in Hammond Hall, Main Lounge. Those interested were able to ask questions about graduate programs and meet with representatives from Fitchburg State University as well as ten other local universities.
