Beginning this fall, the graduate counseling program will have a new look. All counseling courses will now have COUN for their course prefix, rather than the formerly used PSY prefix. This will better reflect the nature of these programs as students prepare for professional counseling careers in Mental Health and School Guidance.
This change will take effect in the fall 2015 semester, and will be reflected in the catalog and on the website, as well as on the seats list, where you'll find all of our fall course offerings. Requirements for the program have not changed; only the prefix for the courses is different. All course names and numbers will remain the same.
Here's a quick peek at our fall line-up. Get started this fall with these classes.
