  1. When should I complete my application? Fitchburg State offers rolling admission, which means you may apply at any time. The turnaround time for a decision is approximately 3 weeks, so completing an application at least six weeks prior to the start of the semester you wish to begin taking classes in allows for more time to prepare for your program.

Check out our summer course schedule to get a head start on completing prerequisites for your program of choice. Registration for all summer classes begins on April 11th.

  3. I still need to complete the MTEL, GRE, GMAT or Millers Analogy Test. How do I prepare? Visit the Graduate Testing FAQ website for helpful test preparation ideas and links to test registration. Test scores can take up to 3 weeks to process, so be sure to register early!
  1. When should I start my FAFSA application? You may begin your FAFSA when you begin your application. Our school code is 002184. Check out the Financial Aid FAQs for Graduate Students for more information or call the the Financial Aid Office at 978-665-3156 with any questions.
