**Fitchburg State ****Special Education programs are offered in an online/hybrid format.** This allows you to make your education work for you by fitting coursework into your schedule when you're available.

Earn your Special Education master's degree in [Moderate](https://www.fitchburgstate.edu/academics/graduate-studies/graduate-programs/special-education-med-moderate-disabilities/) or [Severe](https://www.fitchburgstate.edu/academics/graduate-studies/graduate-programs/special-education-med-severe-disabilities/) Disabilities.  And as an added convenience to you, we no longer require the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or the Miller Analogies Test (MAT) for admission into these programs.
