This morning, the 8th Fitchburg State University Police Program's Recruit Officer Course (ROC) class continued their First Responder training with how to assess and treat various wounds and injuries. Fitchburg State University Police Sgt. Timothy Grant and Sgt. Frank Eldridge Newton Police Department (Retired) serve as course instructors.
