The Industry Speaker Series organized by the Engineering Technology Department, had the honor today to welcome Hedrick Ellis, Ed.M., Director of Academic Technology and an adjunct professor at Endicott College. The presentation, titled Extended Reality Technology in Architecture and Construction, highlighted the application of augmented and virtual reality technologies in architecture and construction management. Our students and faculty had the opportunity to experience augmented reality (AR) via the Wanna Kicks app, and a virtual reality (VR) walkthrough of CAD projects developed by students from another institution.
